A bit confused at first. Order accepted, order back ordered would you like to cancel, then an e-mail stating back order email sent in error. Over all happy with Collections and more likely will order from you again.

The glue had leaked and does not work well (manufacturer issue) and I returned 2 items to be exchanged as sizes of the tunic and sweater were generous. However the return was easy, just waiting on replacement. All else was good as usual.

Promo code use is confusing and a rip off.

I was satisfied with the adult bibs for my mom, the eyeglasses, and the oven liners. I have not used anything yet but I think everything will be ok.

Was looking for patriotic things to hang on door. I could nor find anything not too expensive and look nice. Went on your site and found a fw items that were beautiful as well as resonible. You have a great selection.

I have always enjoyed shopping with collectionsetc., and have been pleased with their items overall.this time I ordered a garden flaf, which I love; silk tulips, and a butterfly balloon fot my porch. The instructions for the ballon were a little difficult to understand, but when completed the balloon looks very nice. I am sure I will be ordering again soon.
