I love shopping at Collections etc the prices are right on and the service is great and the items I've bought have all lasted it's not junk. And I tell everyone about them. I've bought plenty of gifts also and my friends & family love the items I give.

I received my order but there is one item on back order that I have not received as of yet. It would be nice to get an update on that item as to how long it will take. Other than that I am satisfied with my order and products. Thank you

I am very pleased with everything I have bought from Collectionsetc.com, especially the Solar Powered Holiday String lights. I put them on my patio & I LOVE, LOVE,LOVE the look. I find myself looking out at them all the time, even in the middle of the night. I love them so much that I bought another String of the White one's. The Lilac bushes I brought arrived safely. I was surprised at how healthy they were being delivered in the mail.
Very good, however 5 out of the twelve cotton candy plants died within 5 days of receiving them unfortunately. The rest appear to be hanging in there.
I did receive the items but I returned two of them. The Fiber Optic Floral Bouquet Basket. It just wasn't full enough with flowers. I also returned the Royal Posture Adjustable Back Support. I am very short waisted and it just didn't fit me right. Actually hurt under my arms. I can't remember how I paid for them so I don't know where to look for the refund. Can you tell me please? Thank you. I buy a lot from Collections and have so over quite a few years. Have always been happy with what I have ordered. I never received product that was ordered March 17,2016. I reordered online, so hopefully that will be received! I will say this is the "1st" time I have EVER had a problem with an order, so we all make mistakes! I will STILL continue to shop with Collections as I really feel the products are of a valve for the price and ALL of the consultants that have processed my order in the past WAS ALWAYS very professional & accommodating for my request! So no WORRIES of the previous order in March that I never received! I took care of it, I re-ordered inline! HAPPY!
