I ordered the butterfly clock. It did not work. I contacted collections and they replaced it. I did not have to send the broken one back. I received the new one within a week. It works great and is very pretty!

I've been a customer for years... since everything was $9.99! I like that's you've expanded to some Seen on TV items. I miss the shelving. I still have and use the small curio shelf with the hidden drawer i purchase over 15 years ago.

The products in this order were very nice. I had hoped the pillow form would be plumper. The ribbon embroidered pillows are very pretty though.
