I order this item on 4/25/16 and finally received my item on 5/19/16, I didn't think it would take almost a month to receive.

I am still waiting for one piece that I ordered. This is the second time I have had to wait a long time for a back order. This is a gift and i hope I get it soon!

I love ordering online. I had a problem with an item and the replacement got so confusing, especially dealing with a customer service representative who's accent was so strong I couldn't understand her that I just decided to reorder the entire thing online and no problem there. Really you should have customer service people with good phone connections that speak clearly!

Nice to find items by theme that are affordable! Would love to see more Western and Southwestern decor if possible as the wall decorations we have bought from you in the past are wonderful. So much so that friends often want to buy the same thing, but they are no longer available. I look forward to going to your site to find the items we can't find elsewhere...and certainly not for the prices you have. Great place to shop!

Collections always ships very quickly. They are rarely out of stock of items requested.

I am always please when I shop Collection's. I have ordered from them for many years and have rarely run into any problems, once in a great while I wish they still carried something from years ago that I would like to re- order, but that is really not a problem!

Vase is as expected but protective cover for photo was cheap & will likely not protect it from weather.

Usually I am completely satisfied with my orders from Collections. This time I ordered some indoor/outdoor rugs. They look too flimsy to hold up on the outside porch. They also do not look as if they will ever straighten & lay down flat. I will be returning them as soon as if figure out how to return them since they came in 3 separate boxes inside another.
