Sorry, I am having computer problems. I don't know if you got my previous email. I have been a Collections customer for quite a few years and for the most part have been very satisfied with my purchases. There have been a few times that the merchandise did not hold up as good as I thought it would. I guess I could have sent it back but that is a lot of trouble. I do wish you guys had a 1-800 number for ordering and I also wish you had more clearance sales. I feel sometimes that the catalogs come a little too often. Sometimes I have just placed an order and within a few days I get two or three more catalogs with things I liked better. You have a great company, keep up the good work and offer a few more "perks." and you will definitely keep my business.

So far, so good. It was a gift. The only thing the Post Office did not deliver because too big. However, never let the receiver know it was at the Post Office. Sat there for about 8 days. I finally had to track down and my grand daugter picked it up. She loved it!
