Checkout was not showing membership discounts and was slow in processing, but customer services responded quickly and resolved the problem.
The items I wanted were available; the price was right; and the shipping was free.
Great products and prices. Had a little trouble with the wrap that I got as most of the fringe fell off. I cut it off and made a narrow edge on it but it just doesn't look the same.

Loved my experience. Fast and Easy!
At selection time, an item showed 2 available, but at checkout time, it showed them as unavailable. When cancelling the entry for that item, it did not give me the option to enter an email address to be notified when the item came in.
I can always find what I need for my projects. Going for a gnome garden this time.
Just to bad you were out of the plant I wanted. Now I just hope the quality of all the merchandise I've just ordered will be up to my expectations. They are for gifts.
