Everything WAS GOOD
Well it said I would get 15% off my first order and it did until I tried to also use the free shipping code and it took away my 15% off which kind of a cheap trick to pull on people.

My card didn't work and I wasn't informed of that problem and I was concerned that my order hadn't arrived. I finally figured out how to get in touch with Collections and that was when I was informed about my card. I was wondering where my order was. I ordered on the ninth of may and just got my order three days ago. I think I should have been notified the card hadn't worked right away! I had given one wrong number and didn't realize it. I love the dish washer magnet and am very pleased with it, it just took a very long time to get here.
Quick and easy
I wish you would offer UPS delivery when you have a big order. With Postal delivery, I have to go to the Post Office to pick up. Whereas the UPS brings the package right to my door.

The quality of the products is very impressive for the price paid. I haven't gotten items that are substantially different from the description. Once or twice an item was not quite what I thought it would be but that is usually when I missed something in the description. I've dealt with this company for many years and will continue to deal with them because the prices are better than other sites.
