Shipping and processing fees are ridiculous

Did not expect a processing fee. Now I will know better and never place an order again. Thank you for the lesson.

Easy shopping

All the other items I wanted were out of stock. Cust. Serv. Rep doubled my order and charged credit cart twice. Issue was- I had received new card(same number) but the 3-digit code had changed. I called to update and was doubled ordered. I returned items stating that I did not order 2 sets. Still waiting to see...

Been a customer of collections for a very long time and still satisfied. I love their prices and their shipping is great. Plan one buying for a long time.

Delivery was fine, but I think the boxes could be a little stronger. I liked everything that I ordered and will order from Collections again.

The colors could have been more like real brick, okay other than that. Wish everything had been in stock so I could finish the job!
