It took to long to get here

I have, but was just able to order them. I really like them and they arrived in a very timely manner. Products are what they said theyo were.
Been wanting the items for months

Order took for ever to get in the hands of fedex. When I called I was rudely told that they have it the scan history shows a different story. Then when the item showed up, the box had some issues, and the screws were missing. It appears that I have been refunded.

So far so good. I'll know better once I receive it.

I am pleased with some of the products that I have bought. The seat cushion that I bought is very small, I guess I didn't check the dimensions of it before buying.

Lots of sold out items-frustrating. Items should be labeled sold out before customer clicks on the item. Lots of wasted time doing this.

Shipping took three weeks. Normally I order and it takes a week and then I have my items. When I called they after a week they said would ship in the next few days and it still took two more weeks. I'm hesitant to order again since I don't want to wait a month to get my items. We will see.

Long delivery time, but product was excellent, worth waiting for.

IT was okay, but too large. Can't return due to virus. I can't get to post office. I'll just donate it.

I have been shopping Collections for many years and have never been disappointed with anything I ordered. The price is right and the merchandise is of good quality.

I was very pleased with the items I purchased. I wish they'd been manufactured in the US, but I suppose that's why they are so low priced. I really do feel guilty though to receive and order that says 'MADE IN CHINA.'

Item I wanted was gone so I replaced it with an item I really didn't want. Shipping was two weeks late.
