Fair, because you said I would receive 15% off with coupon but you would not let me redeem coupon from my e-mail to use.

I was very disappointed that the catalog did not say the sprinkler I ordered was incomplete. The form with it said you did not sell the adapter. I can either pay to return it or start looking for someplace to get one.
This is the first time a problem has come up in all my ordering from you.

When you ask for an order confirmation you need to say what the products in the order are. I purchase goods from your site frequently and cannot confirm when I do not know which order you are referring to.

The wrong item was shipped to start with but, after I contacted you the original item was sent.

Many good things make it difficult to decide.

Not your fault, but had wanted to order a couple of fairy garden items. Sold out.

I received my order and was satisfied with every item.

Drop the stupid processing fee. Free shipping is FREE shipping. Your company always gets a couple extra bucks per customer.

To much for shipping. Not happy with that.
