An item in my original order was mispicked & when I called customer service, the mistake was corrected & sent and I was told to keep the mispicked item as compensation. This is an example of great PR and a good business practice in my opinion. Thanks for your prompt correction without hassle.

I received all the items I ordered, except one that is on backorder, promptly, as described, and in good working order.

It is wrong to offer several types of discounts, but you can only use one of them. Other retail sites that I have used allow more than one discount, if they offer more than one. And no one else charges a processing fee.

It was okay. I was under the impression that I'd get free s&h, along w/the 15% promo, so was disappointed to find out otherwise. I would like to know my complete total w/out going through the whole ordering process. Finding an extra $2.25 processing fee was another disappointing surprise.
Customer service is EXCELLENT. Damaged item was replaced immediately.
