The hanging globe has only two small lights inside and does not light up completely as I expected. The welcome sign broke while I was putting it in the ground. Not my best choices.

Collections Etc. recently surprised me with good old fashion customer service. Their computer system was overloaded with customers when I tried to place and order. A few days later I was successful placing an order when suddenly I received confirmation of the first effort. Long story short I received 2 items. Even though I called customer service right away I was told nothing could be done to correct the orders. Someone actually read my comment concerning the goofed up orders and made an effort to correct my problem. I highly recommend ordering from Collections Etc.

You still had it in stock, this item had a special meaning to me I and haven't seen it in your catalog.
