Not easy to figure out how to return something. Took much too long.

Did not receive cords to tie. Contacted company on this, received no reply, purchased roping at store

I like shopping with Collections Etc., but receiving the product takes a long time.

Reasonable pricing and fast service.

I love the items that I received from Collections. I do wish the site was easier to navigate. It's a bit of a pain moving around on the pages.

Product good

Everything was good. I'm just sad that part of my order is in back order so I can't put my couch covers till I receive my back order for the sofa chairs..

Found just i i was looking for

The fatigue rug I ordered wasn't what I expected but it's to much of a hassle to return

I have not received all my order. I have backorder items. As far as the items I received I am satisfied.

I understand because of covic-19 it taking longer to receive my order but 3 weeks is ridiculous.
