Almost too easy!

The item I received was not the one I viewed in the catalog. The sleeves in the outfit I received had capped sleeves not the almost elbow length ones that was pictured.

I loved everything with the exception of a raccoon pool/pond floating statue...It doesn't stay upright...it doesn't float it turns upside down even with the attached weight it doesn't work properly...so I am disappointed and dissatisfied with that item

I was pleased that the broken item that was originally delivered (sun face) was replaced quickly by collectionsetc.
One of the curtain panels which I received was not 84" long, as I had ordered. It was 3" shorter than the other panels. I had to tie it back to camouflage the discrepancy in length. Other than that, they were beautiful for the price.

Collections is one of my favorite catalogs. I get a lot of catalogs! The concern I had was promptly assessed and taken care of. Customer Service was very help. Thanks, CollectionsEtc.

I had a hard time getting the order to go through, the solar lamp is beautiful and i am very pleased with it, the dump dinner cook book is good i got a few ideas. The Canada grass seed I believe was a waste of money followed directions and water daily and not 1 blade of grass. Would like money back if I don't see grass soon.
