Overall nice products and fair pricing

So far shopping has been easy. I had to make a return and could not pull my order up on the Internet. Even though I had received the order, it said my order was not available. When I called, the customer service rep was very efficient and I had a return label within minutes.

The rain gutter came with a bird broken off. It appeared someone had already tried to repair it. I have glued it back on and am hoping it will stay this time.
