Used the items to decorate my blank 6' block wall back of the house. Very fine, colorful and different. It has been fun and ongoing with new items and duplicate ites as they come om sale. It is a looooooong wall!

I have always loved shopping at Collections Etc. but the last couple orders I have been disappointed with the quality of the items and I am having to return some items which means extra time and expense for me to return the items. I will probably always continue to shop but will be more cautious on what I purchase and what they cost. I also will have to take more time to read the reviews.

I don't have time to go and shop, shopping on line with collection etc is fast and they always have products that I want or what I am looking for.
One item the screw for the cat weather vein broke as I was putting it together. The double spinner is just just screwed in with screws which immediately unscrew when wind turns them, nothing for the spinners to sit on. That was sad.
Found exactly what I needed...now I have my antique table set up beautifully!

This order took over a hour to place because your credit card field would not accept the numbers. I first try to place this order through my tablet, and now finally through my desktop computer. Not sure what the problem was, as this has not happened before. Field color was pink with dashes. Very discouraging for sure.

When shopping, would like to be able to review individual items once in shopping cart, just by clicking on item.
I do 90% of my shopping online and being disabled and retired, hv plenty of time to do my due diligence to search for the best PRICE, QUALITY, VARIETY and when necessary...CUSTOMER SERVICE. I find ALL of these at COLLECTIONS ETC and hv consistently for over 4 yrs. I had my FIRST issue with a product last month and the response I received from the CS Team was unbelievably understanding and the resolution was beyond my expectations. I come back month after month to buy items that make life easier as well as decorative items for my home and garden and receive loads of compliments from friends and neighbors. TY, CE for bringing a little beauty to my door each month!
