Good deals, nice variety of items
There were 3 additional items that I wanted, and were listed in the catalog pages, yet when I added them to my cart they were out of stock. If they are out of stock you should indicate it in the catalog listing! Not when I go to check out!
You charge to much for shipping & then you add a processing fee.

Should not put the codes if I cannot use them I have been making good purchases and I cannot even get a discount on the shipping. That is not right. When I click it automatically is expired. That is a lot of money so I probably will go to another site like LTD or Lakeside they have the same things. Cheaper shipping. I am not made of money that is why your site is beautiful. But the shipping kills it. Good bye.
You never did get back to me on the return of a quilt that I purchased the shipping rate seeing my price was over $200 I paid a good price, because then it was $14.99 for shipping and you changed it to over $40 but I am not going to fight over it I am just never going to shop here again. I know what I saw. So keep your stuff. Like I said LTD and Lakeside have the same things.
Returned items... not as expected
They credited me with the 15% discount that I should have received when ordering. They advised me to enter the code next time I do order, but I had originally done this to no avail. Customer service was great in helping me out via email, but not over the phone.
