I always LOVE shopping here, it's easy, fun and affordable. Thanks Collections ETC :)

When I receive my invoice with my order, I would like the price of each item be listed.in the past, this info was printed on the invoice...the last few orders I have placed, the price is no longer listed.

When Collections sends a customer an e-mail offering 15% off (with a minimum purchase) I feel it should be made clear that a shipping charge will apply - totaling MORE than the 15% saved and no shipping charge! Of course this isn't discovered until checkout. Upon receipt of my order, one item was defective. I advised Collections and they reimbursed me for this item. Very good customer service!

The garden hose (this was the second one I ordered) arrived damaged. The other one did last one week.

Shopping experience so far was good. There is a nice selection of items as depicted that I like that I may order later.

I loved the placemats and the toilet paper holder. The butterflies were ok. Really got them fast.

I took the best offer with free shipping but only at the end was handling added to the bill which I didn't know about. The had either the 15% offer or free shipping.
