I have always had a very good experience with requesting my orders from Collections etc. They have always shipped my order in a timely manner and I have never had a problem with their service.

I am very pleased with all of the items I have ordered. The attractive door mat is so unusual from the ones you see every day. It is really pretty! I love my butterfly bedspread, too, as well as the butterfly wall hanging. These are the main things on a recent order. I'm always pleased with Collections, Etc.

Shop here often, always find unique items. Especially for the outdoors-lots of seasonal solar items for my garden and yard decorations. I've been a customer for years. On the rare occasion that I need customer service, they have been friendly and quick to send a replacement.

The miniature set was exactly what I was expecting, nice quality with accurate spot=on details! This is the first set to set up a dollhouse so when my granddaughter is old enough she will have a complete dollhouse collection.
