HAVE ORDERED FROM COLLECTIONS, ETC., BEFORE. HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASES. I THINK SHIPPING IS HIGH. ALOT OF COMPANIES ARE OFFERING FREE SHIPPING NOW, NO LIMIT, BUT, I STILL LIKE THE MERCHANDISE

I'm very satisfied with most of the things that I get from them. I only wish they had an "800" number so that it was easier to get hold of customer service--I get very scketchy reception on my cell phone, and my land line doesn't allow long distance calls.
