I have shopped with collections etc. for a long time & feel I get value for my money. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size slipper and am not willing to pay more shipping than I paid for the item to send them back.

I feel like I've been taken advantage of when you say that shipping is free, then charge 2.25 for processing.

I have been very pleased with my shopping experience with Collections.

Everything appears fine. I thought the curtains would have been a little thicker, but are ok. Have bought many items and never been disappointed.

Signed up for 15% off but required $50 purchase which did not need at this time. Also think shipping and processing fee is a little bit high ($10.25) for one item costing $20.

I was glad I was able to get the larger size for use at my care givers party

This is the 1st time I've ordered from you online. I usually have a catalog but the parrot hasn't been in the recent ones. I was happy with the parrot, happy with the price but I was not happy about the time it took to get to San Diego. I ordered the parrot on the 12th of July and the shipping took approximately 10 days to get to my sister. I was expecting 3 or 4 days but not almost 2 weeks.

I have found items here that I cannot find anywhere else, at a more reasonable price. Thank you!
