Took too long to receive order. Not enough corresponsence about order when was to be delivered.

The price was a little too much and one of my orders. Was a back order.processing fees should bot be counted as a charge. Shipping should be free.

It is what I ordered, wish it wasn't backordered. But I understand with all that is going on now.

The only comment is that it took so long to receive my item. I understand delay was due to the Pandemic situation but 1 month was quite unexpected. I ordered from other business and my order arrived within 2 weeks. That is only comment, I still will order from your company as I do like the merchandise but I think I will wait till all this situation is over. Thank you

Having to redo it 6 different times I really didn't care if I did the order.

I love the dresses; placing the order would have been simpler to call. U kept telling me a a dress I really liked was available but when I went to check out it wasn't. Then U made go back and do the order over. In fact U encouraged me to buy that dress. Not good Public relations.
