I've placed many orders with you and for the most part am satisfied with everything I receive.
Have had no trouble ordering in the past but this time I did not get an order confirmation and went through the process a second time and got a confirmation. I hope that my order is not going to be doubled, I do not need four Polar Pooches and if the order does get doubled you never get an order from me again.

Ordering was quick and easy. There were no instructions on how to put together the flag pole and how to hang the flag on the pole.
My package was not fully sealed and was opened half way down the top of the box. When I opened it I found that the boxes in side were still there, but the things that were in plastic were not there. I took a picture of the box before I opened it and found only boxes after it was opened. I will call customer service when I get back from vacation. All in all I have never had a problem with collection etc. they have always been very helpful.
They just need to wrap there boxes better.
