My 10% discount did not come until I hit submit order was for 96.69 and PayPal sent you 107.49 when will I get my refund?

The bear TP holder/toilet brush had a hole in the back of his leg. It looked like someone put their finger through it. It wasn't worth the hassle of sending it back.

I am shocked by the $2.25 Processing Fee! If this is not removed or credited back to my credit card, this will be my LAST Order from Collections ETC.
