The item was not effective as it was advertised, totally useless

I feel I got a good buy on the sweaters I've chosen, if they fit. Less hassle than getting to a store and paying more. One sweater was too small, so it will be a gift to my sister.

The toilet bowl light that I purchased was defective and after writing my review I was emailed by a Collections Etc. representative who let me know they would replace my defective light and it would be received shortly. Customer service like this is what will keep me coming back to purchase more items!

I received an email from collections etc saying they were sorry about the product and would replace them i really like them because it makes watering so easy

This is the first online purchase so next time should be quicker. This was a good shopping experience and everything arrived as expected.

I'm not a shopper ~ I'm a catalog shopper and Collections get more of my orders than anyone of the other catalogs I receive. I enjoy every item I receive and so do the folks that I gift with them!

Shopping and ordering was fine until you tried to shove the Great Fun rebate down my throat with no way out. Want merchandise NOT Great Fun.
