I love shopping from Collections Etc. I've been a customer for years and I've never been unhappy with an order.

Nice variety, good quality, easy to find what I need.
One large white bulb on a previous order didn't work so I return it for an exchange. It's been hectic here!

I signed up to receive promotional emails in order to obtain a coupon for %15 off my order today. However, after giving my address, I learned that the coupon could not be applied to my curtain purchase because they were on clearance. A bad start; but, I did qualify for free shipping so it worked out alright. I hope I'm given a chance to review the curtains once they are received!

I ordered these "tie-up" sheers for odd-length windows in 2 guest rooms. The colors (taupe & sage) are just as shown on the website. The ties make it possible to customize the length of the curtains for each window. This is exactly what I was seeking!
