As always, quick and easy to order and check-out. I love shopping via Collections as everything I've ordered from them has been high quality. Never a disappointment. This time I ordered a cap, with horses embroidered on it. Great craftsmanship. If you have a 'horsey' friend, I would definitely recommend ordering one for them. I usually finds items that are generally not available elsewhere.
You are a catalog house and you add a processing fee with no explanation. If you are a sales web site why do you add a processing fee. It makes it seem like you are just trying to hide cost.
Otherwise, you had a good price and the item were delivered ahead of schedule.

When a special 15 per cent discount is offered on-line, it should NOT be revealed at a later moment that indeed the discount was for large orders only...any banner, any lead-on, etc should clearly and up-front say "for orders placed on over...dollars". I still feel I was tricked...very tricked...into supplying my e-mail information to Collections Etc. I am rather over my initial shock and disappointment, but I would hope that Collections Etc improve their "get 15 % off on today's order" advertisement, when in fact it means a discount ONLY after you have spent lots of money with the company. This is NOT fair play, to tell the truth.
I had a refund coupon of 19.99. However, when I tried to use it months ago, my order did not go through and I cancelled it. But, I was never given the refund coupon back.

I purchased the cat fan for myself so decided to order two cat fans & a dog fan for my family. They think they are very cute; loved that it has a USB connection.
