Wind spinner for my rock garden - what I wanted but very few instructions on how to get the spinners to not unscrew when wind blows. FINALLY figured it out!

Ordered by telephone in May, tried to track, unable to find order History states no order in the system. I had received an email stating I had ordered. Is not recorded on my credit card so will reorder. However, not happy with the original situation. The lady who took my order assured it was in and ready to be processed. I called Collections Etc and customer service. Lady there very nice, and said check to see if payment went through, I did and it was not on my bill, so am ordering a second time. If I an unable to get this order, I will look for a different vendor.
