U had some nice items that I liked n at a reasonable price too keep up good work

My previous experiences have been positive.

I love buying outside decorations. Have been buying from collections for a long time.

When I opened the first box received...there were 2 items missing even though the invoice said they were in the box. I emailed customer service stating this. There were no questions asked...and the 2 items were sent right away. I am very pleased with the quality of the products. And your service will bring more orders from this satisfied customer.

It was very easy & convenient... I received most of my order, but I was missing 2 items which were not marked as back order. I called & the woman I spoke to was going to send them right out to me. I should be receiving them any day now.

So far, it has been very easy to find the sunflower items that I was looking for. There was so much to choose from and I really liked that I was able to find sunflower curtains for my kitchen at a reasonable price.

Loved everything but the sunflower tier desert holder it was stripped and wouldn't stay together

The boxes need to be more secure, so many times the boxes had just a strip holding it together or if it had tape half of the box was open.

I am a long time returning customer. House is filled with numerous Collections items!

Complicated. Instead of a fall themed mat I ordered I received car mats. I don't even have a car. I did call and the problem was corrected nicely. Gentleman was very patient and accomadating and reordered the missing item which is now on the way.

Need to have this shipping expedited because I need by 8/16. Apparently, expediting is NOT available for this item.
