DELIVERY WAS ON TIME
I held off on ordering, as I was waiting for a NEW item to become available to place on order to qualify for FREE SHIPPING over $40. I finally decided to place large order for $125 on 9/2/16 only to get an e-mail the next day 9/3/16 the NEW item Pumpkin Patch Rug was now available for $14.99 with a shipping cost of $6.99, needless to say I was upset! First call, was told, could not add to my order placed less than 24 hrs ago and they had given me a free ship in May, so nothing more could be done to help me out.
My second call, I explained my problem and felt this was unfair treatment to such a valued customer. Then Megan, who was helping me, said she was a new employee and wanted to check with her supervisor (if I didn't mind waiting and apologized). Megan was very professional and extremely helpful in this matter and said due to the timing and collection etc wanted to be fair and did value me as a satisfied customer and would send rug with no shipping charge. She also told me my orders for the year were over $800 and I should consider 10% membership disc for a $14.99 - 1 yr fee and could have saved me over $80 and explained how it worked. I did sign up for membership and appreciated all her help in this matter.
