I love this site - great fun items.

I was disappointed with the quality of the material of the Hummingbird curtains I ordered. I am so glad that I just ordered one pair instead of the three pairs that I was originally going to order. The rest of my order was ok.

It is easy to order on line and it comes in a timely manner.

Some of the items seem to always be out when I order even though they show they are there while I'm placing my order.
Also had trouble with the payment not wanting to accept my security code for the credit card. I kept getting a message that it was the wrong format even though it was the correct one. It finally took it after several attempts.

Went very well looking at items I was interested in. But the free shipping didn't show up so I had to go back to get it and re-enter all of my information. Which was a pain.

All merchandise came a bit later than expected but in time to use for Labor Day. Pay Pal and I have reached an agreement on the order price and everything seems to be okay. Thanks for hanging in there w/me.

I've enjoyed the items I've bought. Bedspreads were good quality, I'm very happy with them.

I attempted (three times) to order the rolling cart but the site wouldn't allow it, frustrating! But now it's here and perfect.

Everything I ordered came at the time I was told. I was satisfied with my purchases. Not disappointed with any of them.

Very easy to shop this website

Collections is my favorite place to order. There have been a few problems like getting the wrong item which I never returned. All in all I do a lot of shopping with collections and almost always have no complaints.

I ordered the scram patrol gun and it does not do a thing to the animals. The advertisement said within 20 ft. But the directions said 2-4 ft., well it doesn't even do anything when you are right next to the animal. I have always been pleased with the products from collections but I feel this was absolutely false advertisement and I am very disappointed.

I don't like wading through all the "As seen on TV" items. I think they cheapen the unique gifts you offer.

I have always been extremely pleased with items ordered through Collections, Etc. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is also excellent.

Couldn't find matching pillow shams for the quilt I wanted. Had to change my pick. Would be better if they were listed together.
The long handle scrubber was not what I expected. I thought it would have a scrubbing pad not a rough brush.
