Easy to follow directions but I am new at this so I can stumble.
Was satisfied with the items I ordered. HOWEVER, I was supposed to receive FREE Shipping on orders of $40.00 or more - the total cost of merchandise was $49.27 and then you added a shipping charge of $9.99.
WHY? There was an additional cost of $2.25 for Processing added. This brought the total price of my order to $61.51.
At the bottom of the page is a notation that as a thank you for my order, please enjoy this offer: Free Shipping. I don't quite trust that offer.
