I received part of the order quickly but some of the order has been back ordered

I ordered medium size, but some items were too large. Would have liked to exchange it for a small, but small sizes are not offered. So unfortunately I will be sending some items back. The prices are great, and the quality seems good. Have only worn one item once.

The items ordered were all received within a relatively reasonable time, considering that all orders seem to be somewhat slower at this point in time. The adult bib is a great idea, and the women's summer top is attractive. The handling fee is not something I like to pay, but this is charged, even though free shipping is the claim. I guess that technically the handling is not shipping.

I know the mail is slower due to Covid. However, I placed my order on 6/6 and only received it today 7/9. I was a bit disappointed with that. But the items ai ordered are Christmas gifts so, it wasn't a big problem. I've just know Collections, Etc. Shipping to be much faster
