Very disappointed in how long it took to get my order

I am supposed to get free shipping and it is showing a $7.99 shipping charge. I expect that to be removed

On the week of the 22nd my bank called and had put a hold on my card due to someone making charges that were out of the norm for me. The card had not been out of my home so someone from my last order with collections took the number and tried to make charges. Not sure how or who this information should go to.

The product was too heavy for my purposes. Could be used in a different setting. Quality and color were as shown in the catalogue. Shipping,packing,all was goood service. I have ordered a lot from your catalogues,and most every item is as shown. Enjoy shopping from your catalogue. Keep up the good work.

Order received was totally satisfactory and just what I ordered. I contacted customer service because I thought our package was lost (which turned out was my error) and she was extremely courteous and helpful.

I was pleased with the Angry Mama that I ordered. I only received the second item that I ordered yesterday since it was on backorder. The third item is on backorder and will not be shipped until November. I appreciate all of the emails updates regarding the estimated delivery of the backordered items. Great customer service!

I was pleased with the.99 shipping per item but was unaware that you add a $2.25 processing fee to the order. Other companies do not have this fee.

The quality of the item isn't what I expected.
