Somehow, I feel that frequent customers should get a break on shipping, even if they can't afford to buy over $50 in merchandise at one time. I'd unfortunately only seen the 99 cent each shipping on my email and not the $50 or more order required. But I'm sure I'll be happy with my order; I've always been more than satisfied over the years.

I called into your office and didn't get much help, no one seemed to know how to help me with internet order? I then had to find my item by using the item# could not find it on your site under "seen on tv"? Pretty confusing? The price is right on your item but was hard to find and your staff was no help at all? Also I wanted to get the 15% off if I signed up by my email but nothing said it did not apply to "sale items"? You need to make things a little clearer for older people who want to place an order. Ugh!
