So far it has been fast and easy and so convenient to shop on line, i loved the style of the solar lights and were better looking than the description pictured, the only thing I noticed is the solar light itself doesn't seem to be very bright at night even after fully charging

Tried to order #362-16-******* in more than one color and it wouldn't let me choose a color at all, even called your 1-800 number and they had no idea what was wrong. Originally my online order form said a first time buyer got 15% off plus free shipping over $40. My order was $138.01 and was charged shipping and processing. Wasn't happy about that. Hope the items are good.

I am still waiting for the correct Berber rugs to come as I received wrong ones, even though the paperwork was correct. When I called about the issue, everything was handled beautifully.

It was a little frustrating trying to add an additional item already in the cart. I have ordered 1 and later on decided to add another one. It wouldn't do the change so I ended up removing the item all together and ordering again, but 2 instead of 1.
