Each of my shipments have had defective merchandise. The female parrot party stake ordered in my first shipment was not riveted to allow the stake to screw into the body. A valance I have ordered in another shipment needed sewing before hanging. My last shipment had the heron garden stakes (up and down) and on one of them we couldn't get the nut to stay on---again because there was no riveting on the tip for the nut to adhere to. So we just hope it is secured enough with just one holding the two sections together. Same shipping date, different box and shipping number was the hand painted pelican garden stake shipped separately----no stakes to stake it in the ground with item so it just sits but if the wind picks up I have to bring it inside. Still trying to figure out what I can come up with to keep it in the ground. Shipping is always free on the orders due to the amount I order (may have had one at $2.99 don't remember) but I would have lost money in return shipping. I'm not a happy camper. One shipment with an error isn't too bad but 3 is very aggravating!

I love shopping with collectionsetc.com. Most of their products are decent and the prices are usually amazing. Customer service is awesome and the associates are very friendly and helpful. I did purchase the Ashcroft light blue chenille queen bedspread and pillow shams that I will be returning. The chenille spread looks like a bathroom rug from yesteryear! It is not attractive and the blue is not a bright fresh blue, but a faded, worn-out blue after many years of wear. I do not recommend this item for anyone to purchase.
