I received my order from Collections the other day. They were plastic flowers and were fine, and I have tied a ribbon around them and placed them on the grave of my parents. They are great for this as the colors stand out beautifully and they do not wilt and stand the bad weather still looking like new. I have had many compliments on them.

I liked getting a message that the pillow was back in stock.

I have to place this order twice, because you lost my first order. I waited two weeks for its arrival before I called to check and they said that they had no record of it even though I had a confirmation number. The number meant nothing because they could not find it.

Didn't mind the shipping charge, but not impressed by a processing fee

Not happy with service charge -- your profit should be on the item cost. These little additional costs irritate me!

I have shopped here numerous times and most of the items I order have been satisfactory!

Once again Collections has given me some beautiful items for my home! It's so nice that not only do they look wonderful, but the cost is so affordable. I have shopped with Collections for over 15 yrs now and have always been satisfied with my purchases.

Don't appreciate being solicited when I am making a purchase. Some products were a good price for what I purchased the for. The tv antennae doesn't work and the ironing pad is too small.

I like the quick ordering via enter Item # in the search space. Paid with PayPal and lala.
