Ordered an extra item to get free shipping on order over $45.00. When coupon was applied, one of the items registered $1.99 cheaper than before, total price dropped below the original $45.00 and shipping charges still applied. VERY DISAPPOINTED in ethics of this "offer".

I did have to call because I didn't receive an item I ordered but did receive one I didn't order. CSR was very nice, and accommodated shipping the correct item at no extra cost.
It was fine. They told me if I signed up with my email,I would get 15% off my first order. Unfortunately they did not give it to me. That's false information! I still put in my order. Hard lesson learned...
