I ordered the floral clock, which arrived in good time. However, no screws were in the package. I tried to call the customer service dept. and got a # that gave me about five verbal advertisements for a cable company and other things, and then couldn't connect me to a customer service rep.
I emailed and got no response, except then another email shipment notice that sent an entire clock with screws this time. Wow. That was kind of over-kill when all I needed were 4 little screws. NONETHELESS, I consider the response time and rectifying of the problem EXCELLENT. I will order again from CollectionsEtc.
