Quick and easy. Collection's was the only place I could find an extra wide runner, and in 90 inches and 120 inches long! The price was decent compared to other places I have shopped. Plus they had three colors to choose from all for the same price. The quality of most of their stuff is great with low prices, that's why I give them a 5 star thumbs up!

No issues ordering. I am a regular customer and love your merchandise and prices! I did have a complaint about the quality of the lazy susan I received; I had to secure a section of the "railing" dowels with wood glue because they were loose, and had to tighten the center so that it won't even rotate just to make it stable and not rickety. I'm keeping the item and am using it, but I did want to comment about the less-than-acceptable quality.
Great experience with the exception that one of the items was not in the color ordered.
