I had no problem when I ordered and everything came.
When first shipment came it did not have 1 item. I reported it via website and it was mailed and I received it in 2 days.Great service.
I didn't give Collections Etc. a 5-star rating because there was one item (a Christmas ornament) that was not sent with the rest of the order, and there weren't updates on it. Meanwhile, someone started using my Visa number, and I had to get a new card. I didn't know what was going on with the Christmas tree ornament--whether it was cancelled because my Visa closed. It took a long time for item to get here.
I purchased these summer pants as it gets hot and these clothes were great summer pants.

Only half of my order was included in the package, I waited over a week to see if it was being sent in two parcels then called Customer Service, who had to "refund" the cost of the missing items and then charge my credit card/PayPal a second time for before finally shipping them. Resulting in some confusion on my part as to just how many times I was going to have to pay for my order...
Reorder showed up in a timely manor, with every thing that should have been included in first order, and no explanation as to why I was "short shipped" initially.
Customer Service very helpful both times I called regarding this issue, in spite of heavy foreign accents of representatives...
Needed a new rug and valance. This set looks great in my home.
I ordered the sofa and chair supports and they are made well (despite being made in China). They don't seem to make my chair better but they will stop it from getting worse.
Fun. Hid them under a tree…. People screamed when they saw them then realized what they were. My dogs had fun too until they realized they weren't real.
I bought a package of two nightgowns, pretty and one fits great…the other one shrunk and looks horr.
My 92-year Aunt loves the lighter Magnifier. I gave it to her as a birthday gift and she says she uses it all the time.
