The pads were not the high quality I am used to from your comapny. The box they came in was nearly demolished.

Of all items I haved ordered I've been well pleased.

Great merchandise, great prices-BUT why sell pillow shams separately
From the bedspreads and comforters? You have bunches of shams, but no matching bedspreads or comforters and vice-versa.

I like the products and they come right away.

Everything came in a timely manner and the monogrammed items were perfect!

I am very pleased with the ordering process. I have placed order online and through mail and never had any problems.

Received my order came and was missing one item with no explanation as to why. Called and spoke with a rep who ordered my missing item. I am currently waiting for the item to be delivered.
