Two items were missing from the order. (It was a very large order of about 25 items.) I contacted Customer Service, and the missing items will be shipped in 7-10 days. Otherwise, the order was good. Customer Service was very courteous and helpful. I am happy with all of the merchandise, much of which will be gifts.

Always like shopping at Collections Etc. I find some very nice gifts here. Some very unique, some very pretty. Glad to give them as gifts.

I misunderstood a "free shipping" ad and wrote to the company. The free shipping was for orders of $40 or more, and my order was $34. The company gave me the free shipping after I complained, even though it was not their fault.

I have been shopping for several years on line. BUT lately I go to your site first and usually everything I want I find at your site with the right price. Good Job!

Experience was great but, the offers are confusing. I can get 15% off for giving you my email or I can use the SHHH169 code for free shipping but not both. I think that is tacky, but still satisfied and my wife wants the item
