I have purchased from Collections Etc. before, so I was already familiar with the quality of your products. I love the selections that were available and I received my items quickly.

Some of the items were not as I expected and unfortunately will be returning. When I call customer service, your agent was not really patient and we had difficulty communicating with each other. In the end, was able to understand what I needed to do. Thanks

I like the way it's easy to look for an item.

Date format for credit card won't let you type it in. You have to type it somewhere else and paste it. Tried for 30 minutes before trying that. Very inconvenient
