Very good so far. First order in quite a while.

I always have trouble with the placing my order. I get error messages concerning my credit card number when it is the correct number. I have emailed you before about this and you suggested I call in my orders.

Had to cancel previous order because it wasnt shipped, problem with car, no one notified me and now the ******* swan teapot the service agent said 20 mins ago was in stock is out of stock on when I redid the order.
We'll I got the replacement order in goodtime,but the Swan teapot is still out of stock. The sofa covers are nice for the price, nice material.

I am sending this robe back for an exchange, because it was too small. Other than that it is just what I wanted as a cover- up. It is light and not bulky. Just right for the warmer weather. I would recommend it to a friend.

When you have free shipping it should be applied automatically. I had to back out my order to get to your home page to find the code on an order over $100.00 when free shipping applied over $49.00. This was an inconvience to me since I had to re-enter all of my credit information.

I haven't yet received my entire order, but had to return two items as they were too small for my needs

Loved the product but can't get the solar light to work as yet. Shipping time took a little longer than I thought it would but the product arrived in excellent shape. Over all I am pleased.

Sensibly organized - easy to order

I love the two orders I placed (a wall lamp and two stick-on lamps), but was disappointed to find out once the lights in the stick-on lamps burn out, they cannot be replaced or a battery cannot be replaced. So once they burn out, they are really for decoration only. I wish I would have known that before ordering.
