Easy to navigate the website. The customer reviews are helpful. Free shipping is nice, especially since many of the "as seen on TV" items can be purchased at local stores; some at slightly lower prices. None of the clothes are available in my size. It would be nice if the clothing items were available in smaller sizes.

My two white owl solar stakes the lights don't work (yes I turned them on) and the stake part that goes in the ground broke while putting them up. I love my panda set and white owl family stake, they are gorgeous. Fast shipping and fair prices.
