I have been shopping with Collections for many years, have always beeen very satisfied with their products & if there was a mistake or damaged merchandise they are always good about replacements with no hassle. Most time do not require you to return the damaged product.

Online shopping is not my favorite,,takes longer often has glitches as I did with this one! I prefer phone ordering, but usually save $ online. Also your phone isn't toll free as are most all catalogs! Never understood why! In one of my recent orders I had chosen a knit jacket with a floral motif down the front, for a gift for my Granddaughter's B.day. I usually am impressed & pleased with most every thing I get from Collections/Etc. But I have to say this time I was disappointed in my gift item! I felt it didn't live up to the picture in the catalog. The floral motif seemed to stand out more in the picture. The knit material also was lighter weight than I expected, kind of flimsy. I bought it for my granddaughter's Birthday so I hope she likes it okay.
The website was difficult to navigate once an order was placed. I wanted to change the quanitity and couldn't so I deleted everything and started over. The site was slow to process the order and sometimes I had difficulty getting the item to go into the cart.
Very easy, convenient. The product was better than I expected. The table runner was ironed and not covered with wrinkles, and the fall leaves theme is very colorful and adds so much to my fall decorating theme.
This website is always easy to navigate. I particularly like your "favorites" options. That way, I can keep track of what I like, and buy them when I can afford them -- or delete them when I change my mind.
