You should be able to get free shipping as well as the 15% off like all the other stores give you. I'll continue to shop in the stores that give you both a % off PLUS free shipping.

I ordered a blouse that was poor quality and did not fit at all. I returned the garment to Collections Inc. I paid a total of $28.33 (incl. Shipping) but only received a $7 credit. Don't waste your time or money with this company. Their "customer service" is a joke

Collections,etc. Offers great prices but, after ordering items from them on four occasions, I have found the quality is not compromised in the least. The Christmas throw rug was bright and well made. The wagon planter has great detail. The Autumn table runner is rich in fabric and color, and the Christmas tablecloth is elegantly embroidered. I have been pleased with everything I purchased.

I thought it was about twice the size that it turned out to be

It was okay. It took nearly a week longer to get the last item delivered & it had no directions, etc.

I was happy to find these items online and for the successful correction to order before it was mailed out (I needed to change item on order for a different size). Altogether a good first experience. Thank you.

Different and interesting items. The two shirts I ordered were a good quality for the price. I ordered a large because I like them loose. According to sizing I would wear a medium. Think they run on small side. They fit but were not loose. I have ordered other items in the past & was satisfied. I would recommend products from them. Prices are reasonable but shipping & handling costs not so much.
