Shopping was quick and easy. Further comments saved for delivery. Unfortunately I had to return 2 items for refund. The size chart was a bit confusing and the sofa and loveseat covers were not big enough. The other items I received were as expected and am pleased with them. I am just awaiting my refund on the returned items before I make any "overall experience" comment on this order. I have shopped Collections Etc. before and intend to do so in the future if there is something you have that I want or need.
